EGS Gearbox. (electronically operated manual gearbox, not the full automatic)

I've had the DPF warning light come on with service light saying risk of particle filter blockage then started to run a bit juddery at all speeds intermittently. I've had the car for about 2 months and haven't felt a re-gen as of yet.
Hi. I have problems with my 2009 C4GP. The issue appears as warning lights for ABS, ESP, Handbrake and Gearbox. The car has the EGS semi auto box, and will not change up in Auto and will only change to max of 3rd in manual.

I have a 2011 C4 GRAND PICASSO 1.6HDI. Back in February when we had the cold snap, I had intermittent starting issues, which sounded like the starter motor was struggling but would eventually start with a few on off of the key. One day the message gearbox fault repair required came on whilst starting and wouldn't go in to any gear.
